Characters for QRP DX

Hi,

What is the current theory on callsigns that work best for readability in CW contests. I work all the QRP and ARRL contests. I am an Extra in 2-land and want a call that no one else has ever been issued.

I am thinking of calls like AE2CW, AE2DX, AE2TT, AB2GX and AB2TT. Are any of these really bad? I do not think that the 2x2 format is too long.

My XYL really thinks I should have NE2RD, big surprise!
