I have registered with the ULS and set up a DIAL-UP NETWORKING connection per the fcc`s instructions. When I go to try to apply for a vanity call, I get to the screen that is supposed to be the APPLET605 form and all I get is a blank screen. Status bar says there is an error with the form. Someone told me that I needed to use NETSCAPE as my browser for the Fcc site in oder to "see" the forms. I got and loaded Netscape and STILL get the same thing. Any help would be GREATLY welcomed.
