I applied for a Vanity call and it now shows as 'pending 2'. I had problems getting the online form 159 to work so I had to file a paper form 159 and I mailed it to: Wireless Bureau Applications

I have this sinking feeling that they will not apply my $14.00 to my ULS filing.
Just to be sure I've sent in another $14.00 to the correct postal address,
BUT...
Today is 12/31/1999 and My ULS filing was on 12/20/1999. Do you think my 'pending 2' ULS appication will be dismissed now?
