Thank you all for pointing me to the "long-winded" FCC ruling, which I've already read and notice is also posted on this Vanity HQ site.

I was looking for a discussion on personal opinions/feelings regarding the FCC's ruling. How does it affect the VEC? The VE Teams in the field?
