Did you only ask about one call or did you ask about all the calls listed on the dismissed application?

Glad you at least figured out how to get through to someone. I don't understand their answer because I did call & speak to someone to confirm that W1MP was actually available. I'm sure they can check for you, then if they say it's available I'd send the application snail mail with a letter. Maybe even remind them how many times you've submitted and how much of your money they're holding.
