Panning For 1x2 Gold has been revised. Becky informed me recently that her last name is now Williams. FAXing cancellation requests is now routine and some of the turn around times are astounding! One or two days in several recent requests I know of. The FAX number listed is in FCC's Customer Service area. When a FAX is received there it is hand-carried to Ms. Williams desk. You couldn't ask for better service!
I am adamant in my belief that you should wait for cancellation, then file the same evening. What you might gain in an earlier grant date is not worth the risk, in my opinion. I've heard some sad stories on this subject and I will not discuss the ins and outs on the message board. I do not want to help anyone with decrepit ideas.
