I previously registered with the FCC ULS. When I tried to sign in via direct dial-up, I was asked for my TIN, SGIN, and License ID. What the heck is the SGIN? It is a three digit field.

I can't figure it out and can't make anything work. When I try to re-register, the system says I am already registered.
