I have an old novice call. At one time when one upgraded, The "N" was dropped so my call would have been W2WNC, Now I see W2WNC has expired, and thought
it would be nice to get it. (No biggy tho) I see in this www it says w2wnc is reserved for techs.
Can someone explain
