I have just applied for my 12th 7th land 1X2 call, after having lost out on the last 9 due to competitive bidding (3 are still pending), and see that I am in competition for N7BA with a club that has W1GA as the trustee and already has 16 other 1X2 call signs, now looking for number 17! Is this legal? How many club stations can one person have under how many FCC ULS numbers? This looks fishy to me!
Do clubs get a competitive edge in the bidding?
