There is no way to determine the "exact date" you were licensed unless you have a copy of your original license. FCC records only go back to the mid-60s, so they can't be used. Callbooks never showed license issue dates; they are only a "snapshot" of the licenses that were active on the date of publication.
You can infer time periods when a license was issued if you can determine, for example, that you were not listed in the Summer 1962 book, but made it into the Fall 1962 book. This would let you know that your license was issued in very late spring or early summer, but there's no way to prove that it really was April or May or June.
