And that's the one I referred to in my comment. I think this is perfectly reasonable--there's a very practical reason for having callsigns that denote the actual location.

The point is that NONE of these are Group A calls, which are the scarce ones. There's a big difference between this case and Alan Emerald, IMO. And as Ronnie pointed out, Riley did request justification for these. Although Mr. Amato made a procedural mistake in his reply (he tried to argue that these weren't clubs, IIRC), I believe the final word was that these were all allowed.
