diff between FCC rec date and action date...help!

If, I file application with FCC on weekend; application web posted(FCC) as Monday's date-- no problem. OK; then, another person does FCC web application on Tuesday . . . My question is: Which applicate gets the "posting" "first" by the FCC-- and which "date" is more important,the received date -or- "action" date by the FCC ??
Also: My FCC application not showing "up" in Vanity HQ listing . . . and yet Vanity already has posted the pretiction going to another Ham. The FCC has my Mod ok-- I checked it, OK. AE7Q says: I get the app and callsign; etc. Whereas, Vanity doesn't even list my application. I'm asking this cause it may be a culich in Vanity system?? Thank you, Michael, I love your Vanity HQ site !
