Same situation here. FCC received my app for mod/vanity call sign on 8/11/08. Another ham's app was received on 8/13/08, yet the prediction here is that the other ham gets the call. My application does not even show up here. FCC ULS shows both pending, with mine received two days earlier than the other. AE7Q gives me the prediction. I assume that many applications were not picked up here since the robot was down from about 8/10 to 8/13 or so. This is a great site...hope the problems get fixed soon!
