My apologies for not using your idea of correct references. when one is using a new technology for the first time one usually has some difficulty. As for the Zero vs. letter O issue that is the symbol my computer prints when striking the zero key. Is the cognitive leap that difficult?
I have not noticed the multiple locator pin problem the other time I used the service. I was raising the question as to whether this was a problem and I infer from your statement that it is something that can happen from time to time.

Again I am a new user and have found the ham locator to be quite useful the two times that I have used it. N4MC is to be commended for this addition to Amateur Radio.
