Probably someone who is insecure in their decisions and agonizes over them and hopes to redo them to see if they made the right decision.
If'n I were a shrink, I'd [robably be able to a moniker on the malady.

Maybe you should recommend that they see a shrink. While the inability to settle on a ham call is not gonna hurt anything, that are bigger decisions in life that may have a profound effect on their life.
