In the Spring 1966 Callbook, the Novice version WN2UZR was held by Jacob F. Holmes III of Hudson, NY. There's no telling if he ever upgraded to the WB2 form, but if he did, it was short-lived. UZR was vacant in 1968 and as late as the Winter 1973-74 issue, and then you're there as WB2UZR in 1976. So, you may have been licensed as early as late '73.
