I'm helping a friend file for the call of a SK friend who passed away over 2 years ago. I've used Alvin's "panning" procedure in the past , for my own call, and assisting others,so I'm familiar with the process. I'd just like to know which is preferred these days, to fax a cancellation, or to use an online "help request" as outlined by AE7Q on his site.Anybody have recent experience on how long each of these is taking currently?
