Proof of Relations to Former Holder

I recently applied for a vanity call as a 'relative of former holder'. The former holder was my dad who is now a SK. I provided a death certificate to the FCC to have the call canceled so I could apply for it.

I got to thinking about this application and wondered if anyone knew what, if any, additional documentation I may need to provide to the FCC to prove my claim? I have never seen any reference to needing to prove your a relative of the former holder.

If something is required, I'll want to have it ready to go when I get the request for it.
