Information I've seen indicates that they usually process once a week, on Friday.There's sometimes a 1-week backlog. I expect a cancellation I submitted as a "help request" on 1-29 to be processed on 2-6, since it wasn't done on 1-30.I'd guess yours will be done then ,too.
