The cancellation I'd filed on behalf of a friend, through a ULS "Help Request" has finally been processed this morning. Depending on whether they did it from the original request on the 27th, or the followup on the 10th, it took either 21 days or 7 days. On the 2nd one, I attached the SSDI page file as .html, and .pdf. PDF is not on the "accepted list" but posters here tell me it's been accepted in the past. HTML is listed, thus the decision to use it on the second request.
