Much obliged for your insights. If the "2 yrs + 1 day" expiration period end date falls on the Saturday of a Federal Monday Holiday weekend, would all online vanity call applications made for that callsign from 12:01 am that Saturday through 11:59 pm the immediately following Tuesday all be put in the same group from which one applicant would be randomly assigned the call, meaning that it wouldn't matter when during that 4 day period one applied online for the call?

Also, in this circumstance does the "weekend / holiday online application yields a "received date" of the next business day" rule mean that you couldn't submit multiple applications for the same call (one per calendar day) over those 4 days without violating the "one application per call per day" rule?
