Does anyone know how to rescue a successfully submitted vanity call application that has gotten hung up at the "Confirmation" page that says before you leave that page you have to click the "Continue for payment options" link at the bottom of the page? I've tried getting that payment options page to open several times and it won't open - so am I limited now to only being able to fill out a hardcopy version of Form 159 and mail it in (i.e., would it still be possible in several days when it's a weekday for me to pay online)?

If it's only possible now to mail in a Form 159, does it have to be received by the FCC within 10 calendar days of the Saturday I filed my application online, or the following Monday "received date" of my application?
