My license is coming up for renewal in November. Can I renew it online at fcc.gov/forms/forms605 when it's 90 days prior to expiration or will I get notified by the FCC when it's time to renew?

I checked the FAQs on VanityHQ and on the FCC website but I didn't see any mention of notification being sent, just how to renew and avoiding pitfalls.
