I took my extra exam and came home and applied for a vanity call the same day. I THEN read in the "Land Mines" section of this website to NOT do that until they have processed the upgrade...

I'm wondering if I can't file an amended app in a week or so to guarantee that the upgrade is processed first? Your thoughts please and thanks.
