First of all, your FRN is 0019618784, but you probably already knew that. There are two ways you could have received it.

1. If you put your social security number on the form 605 when you applied for your license, then you were automatically registered when your license was issued. In this case, you need to call the FCC help desk to get your password.

2. It's possible to register with the FCC prior to getting a license. If you had done this, you would already know your password, so this does not appear to be the case. It's possible that your VE team could have done this for you, but that's very unlikely. (I have only heard of one VE team that does this, and they are in Puerto Rico.) If this IS the case, you need to contact your VEs to get the password.

My bet is the former, so call the help number on the bottom of the ULS page.
