I noticed on the FCC web site that in Feb. 2008 they changed the location for receiving mailed payments from the old Pittsburgh location to a PO box in St. Louis. For a simple vanity renewal, where should I mail my payment; Pittsburgh or St. Louis? And should the form 605 (application) and form 159 (payment) be sent together to the same address? And to which address? TNX
