Hi All,
I need help in understanding, if known, how the FCC lottery works in reguards to multiple calls on an application on the same date.

I have applied for W7JF. I am in competetion with KJ6CCD and N6TGZ. So, I understand That I have a one in three chance.

I noted that KJ6CCD second choice is for K2JF processing on the same date with AC2CP predicted to recieve it.

This brought a question to mind. If KJ6CCD would loose in the lottery on W7JF, does that mean a lottery then is held between KJ6CCD and AC3CP applications or is KJ6CCD application just dismissed?

Thanks for anyone who may be able to enlighten this gentlemans understanding.
