You're right. I was looking on the "license record" page, and it's not there. But if you log in to the ULS (using your FRN and password), it's one of the options on the right side of the "License Manager" page.

Bil's suggestion to "print your own" is the reference copy I mentioned earlier. But Dan asked about the "official" copy printed by the FCC, that can only come in the mail.
