I am probably missing something obvious here, but how can a call be listed as "soon to be available" when it is well past the 2 year waiting period? For instance, W1IB is listed as "soon to be available" with a "start 2 year wait" date of 8/11/1997. Shouldn't it have become available on 8/11/1999? Thanks, Joe - WB8DHO
